I like the hair. There's a certain unreal mass to the way you draw hair, that makes it look like a solid living block, which I enjoy. I'm not sure if it's intentional, but it's an effect I've tried to pull off myself, with no luck, so I envy it in your stuff.
The rain is really very good, falling like actual falling drops instead of general area effect of water. It's all falling from perspective, too.
The body:there doesn't need to be the separate bulge of the hip before the leg begins on a guy (or a girl, really; women curve, but it's smooth); drawing a smooth line along that outer curve will help your figures a bit.The hand on his stomach should be bigger relative to the wrist, which is a slight bit too long. Love the outstretched foot.

yay drops in perspective. Also, tis a good pose, I've done that one once before, and it's a bitch to do. Good job. :)
Your anatomy is till slightly wonkey...tingirl's point about the hips is true, but also remember that he DOES have a butt, and so there should be a bulge for it on his left hip. I think there should be a line for the indentation of his armpit on the left arm. The right hand is a bit small, but otherwise everything looks in proportion.
I would add some grass around the edges of his shoulders, hair, right leg and left arm to give this more of an ourdoors placement. Also, color this! XD
